Cabernet– Vin de Pays d’Oc 2011

 

A carefully blended wine with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Languedoc region and 20% Cabernet Franc from the Loire Region. Intensely deep red robe with a nose of ripe black currants and wild berries, a medium to full-bodied wine.

Pinot Noir - Vin de Pays d’Oc 2011

 

This venerable Pinot Noir has an elegant palate with good intensity, good balance and nice persistence and vibrant length of fruit. On the nose we can detect traces of cherries, blackcurrant, licorice and vanilla.

Syrah - Vin de Pays d’Oc 2011

 

Our Syrah has a nice purple color; ripe, with blackberry fruit aroma and notes of earth and minerals; medium to medium-full body balanced with a good finish.

Muscadet – Appellation Muscadet Contrôlée 2011

 

This varietal of Melon de Borgogne is a bright, pale golden white wine with layered flavors of almond and fresh white citrus fruits. An ideal accompaniment to shellfish.

Gaillac Sweet White – Appellation Vin de Pays d’Oc 2011

 

This little treasure comes from the Mauzac varietal and is an elegant and amply sweet wine with delicate fruits. This wine will only get better with age.

Alcohol Content: 12 % vol.

Dosage: 65 g/l

Soil: Sand & Gravel

Fermentation: Cold for 1 month then blocked and filtered

 

 

Cabernet of Anjou semi-sweet– Appellation Cabernet d’Anjou Contrôlée 2010

 

Anjou region are clean, light red fruits on the nose. A nice, light, clean palate with a small touch of sweetness and very good fruit character.

Dosage: 25 g/l

Soil: Clay & Chalk

Fermentation: Low temperature, classic in stainless steel.

Maceration: 24 hours.
